Terms of Service

General Information

  • Please read all terms before commissioning me.

  • If you want a specifically sized commission please let me know before I begin the commission

  • If you would like your finished commission on the available merchandise I offer please let me know before I start the commission (I need to plan on the sizing)

  • Please be professional with your inquiry, as well as any possible revisions that need to be made when reviewing your sketch.

  • Estimated turnaround times are subject to change. Please use the time frame given loosely as it may take anywhere between 2 days and a few weeks to complete a commission. I give you an estimate based on your position in my queue and the complexity of the commission.

  • I update as soon as I've made progress, I will always try to keep communication open and often. If you are worried please don't hesitate to send me a message.

  • If I have not started your commission/moved passed the sketch phase.

  • I do not accept refunds after I have completed the line art phase of your commission

  • Under no circumstance do I allow my art to be used in any AI: model, generator, or otherwise affiliated program.

Order Process

  1. Fill out a form on my order page, or inquire through Twitter DM's. (form allows me to keep the references and details in one place so it is preferred.)

  2. I will confirm the details and begin sketching. And send you a sketch for confirmation, at this time any revisions should be made, these are free of charge.

  3. After you have ok'd the sketch I will send you an invoice for the commission via PayPal (you do not need a PayPal to pay the invoice, tips can be added on and are greatly appreciated but not required)

  4. . After the invoice is paid I will continue on to the line art, I will also send you an update on the line art.

  5. After you ok the line art I will complete the commission as soon as possible.

  6. You will be sent the file(s) via email. If you purchased merchandise of your commission those will be made to order and shipped out (shipping and merchandise costs will be included in the invoice based on your location) Please allow 1 week after completed commissions for me to make the merchandise and ship it out.

Terms of Service

  • I reserve the right to refuse your commission for any reason.

  • All commissions are for personal use only unless a commercial fee has been purchased.

  • You are not allowed to resell your commission. Making profits off my work is prohibited.

  • No refunds after your commission have been started.

  • Making me redraw a whole sketch during your review will result in fees to accommodate my time doing so.

  • Do not copy, trace, edit, or redistribute my work without permission.

  • Prices may vary based on the complexity of the character/background (prices listed are typical prices)

  • By commissioning me, you agree to all terms listed above and below.

Revisions

  • I accept any revisions free of charge during the sketch phase of your commission.

  • Line art phase revisions (minor= 10% of total commission cost) (major=30% of total commission cost)

  • EMOTES: Your emote ideas do not guarantee approval on Twitch. If your emote is reported or denied, I will not revise your emote for free. This is because I will have to go back and redo the emote which takes time, emote revisions are half of the emote cost. (ie normal single emote is 20.00 then the revision would be 10.00)

Rush Orders

  • Rush orders are guaranteed within 3 days (given the design does not contain more than 2 characters and a simple background)

  • 3-day rush orders are +50% of the commission cost. (IE if you got a  single full body character with simple background that would be 55.00 plus 50% which is 27.50 in total the rush order would be 82.50)

Payment

  • All prices are in USD.

  • You will be sent an invoice for payment via PayPal.

  • I require no payment until I have given you a basic rough sketch of your commission. After the sketch is approved I require your invoice be paid in full.

  • Tips are not mandatory, but they are greatly appreciated! Tips can be added to the invoice or I have a Ko-Fi if you would like to tip me after completing your commission. I also have a Patreon.

Commercial Use

  • If you would like to sell merchandise with a commission purchased from me you will need to let me know before I send the invoice.

  • The price of commercial use of any commission completed by me is 3x the price of the original commission (I.E if your commission is 55.00 and you wish to use it for merchandise to sell, the price is then 3x55.00 which would be 165.00 but then would become commercial use approved.

  • If you do purchase the commercial use license from me you will have permission to sell the commission on merchandise as you see fit (mugs, t-shirts, buttons, etc)

  • Please note, I make merchandise if you need or want anything.

  • A commercial license does not give you permission to claim the artwork as your own (created by you). It only allows you permission to sell merchandise with the commissioned piece on it.

Thank you so much for reading through this form. I know it can be daunting and dry but the information is useful and I hope has been helpful! I look forward to working with you.
